Michoacan's most traditional plate. Pork marinated in Coca-Cola, milk and orange juice and then fried. Served with guacamole, salsa, beans and tortillas.
Three deep fried rolled corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of chicken, shrimp or chilorio. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, goat cheese and avocado sauce.
Ground beef, steak, chicken, carne guisada, al Pastor, or mushrooms in a large tortilla filled with rice, beans and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with a guacamole salad and chipotle sauce on the side.
